The roaster who did the work gets the credit.

Most coffee shops put their own label on everything. We don't. Every bag on our shelf carries the name of the roastery that made it, and its own roast date, so you can tell exactly what you are buying and how fresh it is.

It also means range no single roastery could offer alone — light Ethiopian naturals beside classic espresso, from whoever is doing it best this season.
