We don't roast. That's the point.

Muthalath is a multi-roaster shop. Instead of putting our name on every bag, we buy from roasteries in Oman, across the Gulf and further afield, and put theirs on the shelf — so the roaster who did the work gets the credit, and you get range no single roastery could offer on its own.

Every bag carries the roaster's own roast date. Nothing sits long enough to go quiet.
