A natural-process lot from Kontoma station in Sidamo, where over a thousand smallholders deliver hand-picked cherries that are dried on raised beds for 12–15 days. Expect raspberry and black grape up front, finishing on sweet chocolate. Bright as a pour-over, juicy as an espresso.
